Match located the first store of their new concept in the old Carrefour hypermarket. In a common entrance hall other stores of other chains have been located, including the Match bakery "Les Delices de mon Moulin". This bakery also offers a food service corner. The whole concept is based on fresh: fresh fish, vegetables, bread and meat accounts for 50 percent of the supermarket. Also the fresh delicatessen will be sourced daily from early market in Rungis near Paris. 35 percent consists of beverages, dry food and animal food. Baby, beauty and culture are the last 15 percent. The workshops will be visible through a glass wall and this is the heart of the store. Although products are prepackaged (except from the deli counter) the transparency values the local expertise and their positioning as fresh specialists.
